Farnsworth 610P

Table model, mahogany cabinet, 10" CRT. This model is virtually identical to the model 651P. I haven't been able to find any additional information on this model, what makes it a different model number. The chassis can only be removed from the top, which is a hinged locked door. The back is solid with only cutouts for controls and antenna connections.

As can be seen in the above pictures the only way to remove the chassis is to pull it out through the hinged top. This is not an easy task as there is very little room to grasp the chassis. The piggy back chassis that is above the yoke in the picture is the modified horizontal phase lock circuit, virtually identical to the RCA "Eyewitness" circuit. The CRT is a 10FP4

The Inspectors label from inside the cabinet, dated Feb 5,1949
