Victor CD-20

The Victor CD-20, Counter Top Demonstrator, was used in record stores to allow customers to listen to a record before they bought it. It was advertised to supplement the existing record stores listening booth. There is no amplification, a earpiece was driven directly from the output voltage of the pickup.

The CD-20 was the single turntable model, a dual turntable model (CD-60) also was produced. Only a few hundred of these were produced, this one is serial number 936, manufactured in 1928. The dealer cost was $60.00
